Steam Damper Control
A motorized control mechanism that regulates the level of steam present in a unit application.
The HTI Technology Steam Damper control assembly is a custom engineered control mechanism that consists of an AC synchronous gear motor and a linkage/damper mechanism. The motor portion of the assembly rotates a cam in the linkage that actuates the damper to control the level of steam present in an oven unit. Microswitches in the assembly interface with the oven control board to determine the positioning of the motor and the damper itself. Multiple microswitches offer the flexibility of multi-positioning of the damper for enhanced steam control.
