We are excited to announce Global Point Technology Group (Nashville, TN) has acquired Quantum Controls (Chanhassen, MN), a manufacturer specializing in electronic control solutions for industrial and OEM applications. Quantum Controls is recognized for its engineering expertise, product reliability and ability to support custom control requirements.
As part of this transition, Quantum Controls will operate under the American Control Electronics brand. Quantum Control’s solutions complement American Control Electronics’ existing product portfolio, strengthening our ability to deliver a broader and more integrated range of electronic drive and control solutions.
This acquisition reinforces Global Point Technology Group’s strategy to provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for OEMs. By integrating engineering design, manufacturing, and supply chain sourcing across our brands, we streamline complex industrial needs into cohesive, high-quality offerings.
In addition to American Control Electronics, our portfolio includes Klauber Machine & Gear Company, for gear and motor solutions, GOT Interface, which specializes in user interface technologies including switches, flexible circuits and touch screen interfaces. HTI Technology, known for mechatronics and contract manufacturing and Global Point Sourcing Solutions for their custom engineered solutions, providing high quality products, components and global supply chain support.
Customers can expect uninterrupted service and continued support, now enhanced by expanded technical capabilities and resources. Our Mission remains unchanged: To help our customers succeed by delivering solutions and supplying high quality innovative products at a competitive price.

We’re always looking for good people…coast to coast!
American Control Electronics in South Beloit, IL has two other integrated businesses – AllMotion in Pleasanton, CA and GOT Interface in Peabody, MA. In addition, our companies are part of a larger group of businesses that design and produce electric motors and mechatronic assemblies. As a result, since we’ve joined forces over the last few years, a wide variety of opportunities have opened up for us. To support the development of those opportunities, we need help in our engineering and technical sales functions.
Look at our respective websites and contact us if you think you can help us. We’re interested in hearing your story about what we have in common!
If you truly seek a dynamic, solutions based environment with plenty of opportunity for personal development, we could be an excellent fit for you.
We look forward to hearing from you!
